NUT ALLERGIES:
We take care to ensure that none of our products with nuts in them contaminate any other products. When Red Wheel makes our cookie dough, we only make one flavor at a time. At the end of each shift, the equipment is thoroughly sanitized so there won't be any cross contamination. When we get Macadamia Nuts and/or Peanut Butter in, it is kept away from the other ingredients in the warehouse. If there's ever a day they do make 2 flavors (which is very seldom), they would run the cookie dough that does not have any nuts in it first, for example, sugar or chocolate chips, then they do the Peanut Butter, Monster, and Macadamia Nut dough last.
